FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: lock latch with a tail is installed and spring-loaded in the body. The tail has at least one flat face and a facility of its driving in the form of a holder on the tail. In the body there is a guide, where a plate is installed with the possibility of displacement. There is a hole in the plate, which is open at one side of the plate. The tail goes through the hole. On its perimetre the hole has at least one section parallel to the tail face and contacting with this face. The guide is arranged so that the plate, when moving along the guide, is disengaged with the tail.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved convenience in use, increased reliability of latch operation.
