FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to architectural hardware and relates to door handles. The handle has a hollow housing with an opening for fitting the handle, attached on the surface of the door. Inside the housing, a fixing mechanism is fitted, which has a piston rod and fixed on the retainer body. The fixing mechanism has guide, rigidly fixed to the handle. The piston rod is freely joined to the guide. On the piston rod there is a compression spring, between the guide and the support. The fixing mechanism has a support for the guide, restricting its rotation. The invention can be used with the same success on right sided and left sided doors.
EFFECT: reliability, smoothness and quiet movement of the handle.
