FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: closing cover is designed to close a hole made by means of mechanical treatment in a mounting base for the purpose of using a lock. The cover comprises at least one threaded hole for a fastener. The inlet end of the threaded hole is arranged at the back side of the closing pad and comprises an expansion. The expansion diameter perpendicular to the axis of the threaded hole is more than the external diameter of the thread in the threaded hole at least on a part of the expansion area.
EFFECT: reduction of shearing force that the fastener is exposed to.
