SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing 1, housing cover 8 with annular opening 9, cone 7 and pressure branch pipe. Housing 1 is made up of two flat walls jointed together by two rounded walls. Housing cover 8 accommodates two-flow guide apparatus and guide vane with their axes aligned with that of pressure branch pipes.
EFFECT: creation of two directed and uniform flows around pump shaft.
