SUBSTANCE: burner comprises a channel to supply a primary jet of oxidiser or fuel or previously produced mixture of oxidiser and fuel to the main output hole, at least one secondary pipeline to inject a secondary jet, in which at least one specified secondary pipeline exits into the channel via a secondary hole arranged in front of the main hole, and is arranged relative to the channel so that in the point of interaction between the appropriate secondary jet and the primary jet the angle θ between the axis of the appropriate secondary jet and the plane perpendicular to the axis of the primary jet, exceeds or is equal to 0° and is less 90°, preferably makes from 0° to 80°, more preferably - from 0° to 45°, and the specified at least one secondary hole is away from the main hole at the distance L, less or equal to the tenfold square root of the main hole section s, preferably L ≤ 5*√s, more preferably - L ≤ 3*√s, the burner comprises facilities to adjust the pulse of each appropriate secondary jet, at the same time the specified burner makes it possible to vary direction and/or opening of the torch by variation of the pulse of at least one appropriate secondary jet.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to vary direction or opening of torch in the wide range, without interruption of burner or furnace operation.
