FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in patient's venous blood antigens of locus A and B of HLA system are defined. In case if double-locus haplotypes HLA-A2/B35 and/or A10/B35, and/or A19/B16 and/or A19/B35 are detected, high risk of development of pollen bronchial asthma is predicted. If double-locus haplotypes HLA-A2/B7 and/or A3/B7 and/or A11/B7 are present, resistance to development of pollen bronchial asthma is predicted.
EFFECT: method application makes it possible to increase accuracy of prediction of development of pollen bronchial asthma.
