FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and concerns treating chronic recurrent allergic diseases of a nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses by endonasal autolymphocyte therapy. That is ensured by producing lymphocyte self-cells of the patient's venous blood. The produced lymphocytes are cultivated together with prednisolone. The method proceeds with alternate introduction a lymphocyte suspension in dose 0.1 to 3.0 ml in an acceptable medium in concentration 106-107 cl/ml in right and left maxillary sinuses. The introductions are performed every 2 to 6 days.
EFFECT: method allows reducing length of treatment, prolonging remission, reducing rate of symptom manifestation of a prior and associated disease.
