FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention enables to partition resources so that they can work in different modes, as well as synchronise these partitioned resources among different sectors so that they can employ mutually cooperative power allocation settings. The resources can be partitioned into one of two modes, namely, block mode or distributed mode. A user can be synchronised according to the mode and a zone, which can be partly based on that mode. Synchronisation can be based on bit reversal order or quasi-uniform spacing of tones.
EFFECT: facilitating resource partitioning for wireless communication systems.
