SUBSTANCE: dryer for hands and hair comprises a body, inside which there is a fan. A body is made as a vertical cylinder with upper and lower end fixed covers with perforation. Outside the covers in chute channels there are gates installed with perforation, which are connected to each other by means of a "П"-shaped lever. The lever comprises upper and lower horizontal guides and a vertical handle. The handle is installed with the possibility of counterclockwise rotation to ensure matching of perforations in the lower cover and the lower gate and asymmetric arrangement of perforations in the upper cover and the upper gate, and with the possibility to rotate clockwise to ensure matching of perforations in the upper cover and the upper gate and asymmetric arrangement of perforations in the lower cover and the lower gate. Venturi tube elements are installed downright inside along the body axis: a confusor, a neck with perforated side surface, a diffuser is located along the vertical axis outside the body. On the lower cover around the neck along the length there is a grain adsorbent as a fixed layer. The fan is installed at the inlet to the confusor.

EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of power consumption and cost of a dryer.
