FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing and dispersion of liquid and solid materials and may be used in chemical industry. The device comprises a vertical body made of coupled shells that form communicating cylindrical chamber and peripheral cylindrical chambers. Outside the device is equipped with a heat exchange jacket. The central cylindrical chamber is equipped with a disc-tooth mixer. Propeller mixers are installed in the peripheral cylindrical chambers. The central cylindrical chamber is connected to peripheral cylindrical chambers by rectangular tangential channels. Channels in the lower part of chambers are opened towards the rotary flow of liquid. Channels in the upper part of chambers are opened along the motion of the rotary flow of liquid in the central cylindrical chamber. Driving shafts of mixers are connected to the drive of rotary motion with the help of a line gear with external engagement, which includes the master gear and slave gears.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of mixing and dispersion of liquid and solid materials and reduced gas content of the mixture.
