FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation equipment, particularly, to air electric filter operated on the principle of electrostatic air cleaning that features original design. Proposed electric filter comprises housing, inlet and outlet vent branch pipes, corona-forming electrodes, and vibration shaker for electrode cleaning. Guide web for uniform distribution of air mass is arranged between branch pipes at 45 degrees to their axis. Corona-forming electrodes represent tetrahedron bars secured at top section of dielectric platform suspended onto movable support.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
