FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bulk material dosing devices and can be used in agricultural industry. Dosing device with hopper includes vertically arranged housing. Loading hole is made in its upper part, and unloading hole is made in its lower part; and the above holes are coaxial with vertical axis of actuator shaft. Two horizontal discs are rigidly fixed on the shaft: one after the loading hole and the other one before unloading hole. Cut-out is made in each disc in the form of sector with aperture angle α less than 180°. Sectors are shifted through 180° relative to each other. Discs are made from material the external friction coefficient of which between it and the dosed material shall be f>fb, where f - internal friction coefficient of dosed material; fb - external friction coefficient of dosed material at movement along working surface of lower disc. Cutting knife located parallel to surface of hopper housing is rigidly fixed on the disc behind the loading hole. Cutting knife edge is installed at blunt angle β in the disc movement direction to its tangent drawn at attachment point of cutting edge of knife to the disc. Horizontal agitator is installed on vertical shaft of actuator before the loading hole so that it can be adjusted as to height.

EFFECT: invention ensures elimination of arching of poor bulk material and stagnation zones in hopper, as well as increase in material dosing accuracy.
