SUBSTANCE: screw dispenser for dry bulk components contains a main screw with an electric drive located in the housing, on the side of which there is a receiving hopper in the upper part of the housing, on the opposite side in the lower part there is a discharge pipe, in front of which, below it, a precise dosing screw is mounted in the housing driven by its own electric motor, the outlet pipe of the housing is combined with the outlet pipe of the main auger, and the body of the main auger and the body of the precision dosing auger form a precision dosing hopper with a volume ща not less than the minimum permissible mass of the component at which the dosing error is within acceptable limits. The pitch of the screw and the diameter of the precision dosing screw are 1.5-2.5 times smaller than that of the main screw.

EFFECT: by improving its design and using new design elements, the screw dispenser provides increased accuracy in dosing dry bulk feed components, reduced metal consumption of the installation, and increased technical and technological reliability of the workflow for dosing dry bulk components.
