SUBSTANCE: device comprises a mixing chamber, a loading port, a mixing auger encased. The casing is divided into upper and lower, between which on the shaft of the mixing auger the mixing blades of circular cross section are mounted, and in the lower part of the mixing chamber there are dome-breaking blades. In the mixing chamber the mixing auger is mounted, the lower part of which is made double-threaded, and the upper - a single-threaded. Above the mixing chamber there is a mixing chamber of preliminary mixing. Inside it the louvre is fixed, over which a double-arm plate splitter is mounted with separating plates. Under the louvre a distribution damper is mounted. Under the mixing chamber of preliminary mixing an unloading auger mixer of continuous action is additionally mounted, made in the form of a spiral-blade conveyor having three structural and technological areas. Above the mixing chamber of preliminary mixing a system of hoppers-dispensers is placed with blade drums mounted on a common shaft and a casing with discharge openings overlapped with plates.

EFFECT: use of invention enables to improve the quality of prepared combined feed.
