FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware and namely to a flexible locking-and-sealing device containing a housing, which is covered with top and bottom cover plates with inlet and outlet holes made in them, and a piece of rope, one end of which is passive and the other one is free and provided with a tip and passed through the holes in the cover plates, and a through longitudinal channel located between them with formation of a loop and fixed in it at locking by means of a mechanism of non-return fixation of the rope piece arranged in the blind cavity of the housing. The passive end is installed in the housing by means of a bushing moulded on it and arranged in a cylindrical hole made perpendicular to the cover plates and having a possibility of being offset relative to its axis. According to the invention, the locking-and-sealing device is provided with an unauthorised opening control device made in the form of a tip fixation mechanism including a fastening spring and a cap with catches, which is fixed on the tip, interacts with the fastening spring after formation of a return non-operating loop through a stepped hole in the bottom cover plate, which is located coaxially to the cylindrical hole, in which the passive end of the rope piece is mounted; with that, the fastening spring is located in the cavity consisting of a stepped cylindrical inlet hole in the bottom cover plate and the lower part of the cylindrical hole, which crimps the passive rope end in the bushing, the axis of which is located on the axis of the cylindrical attachment cavity of the passive rope end. Inside diameter of the fastening spring is smaller than outside diameter of the catches on the cap. The cap with the catches (at least one) is fixed on the tip, for example by laser welding; with that, the passive rope end is crimped by an additional locking sleeve with an identifying inscription directly above the top cover plate.
EFFECT: improving reliable locking; this structural solution of the proposed invention will allow more stable protection against criminal activity.
