FIELD: heat supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system and method of heat supply to industrial facilities. Heat supply system includes heat generator, consumer, direct line for supply of heated in heat generator water to said object, return line for transportation of cold water to heat generator, check valve, evaporator with medium installed in heat generator flue, discharge valve, high-pressure pipeline, condensate return pipeline, additional check valves installed on return line equipped with expansion tank with discharge valve connected via pipeline with return line in section between additional check valves connected via return line of condensate via check valve with evaporator fixed on evaporator. Disclosed is method of heat supply to industrial facilities using said system, involving heating of cooled water from return line with heat generated in heat generator, pre-heated by discharge low-temperature heat of waste gases in heat generator flue, medium evaporation in evaporator to preset pressure during utilisation of low-temperature waste gases heat in heat generator flue, pulse supply of generated steam through discharge valve, steam expansion with work on water transfer, steam condensation with heat transfer to water from return line and return of medium condensate to evaporator, in which medium is under excess pressure exceeding condensation pressure, wherein medium is water, which steam is accumulated in expansion tank and fed in return line to allow displacement of water in heat generator and further to consumer, steam condensation is carried out at direct contact with water with provision of negative pressure in return line and water suction from consumer and condensate is returned by hydrostatic forces with transfer of water.
EFFECT: reduced amount of used equipment and reducing of heat losses are ensured.
