SUBSTANCE: in the method the faulty section is closed at both sides. Some liquid is pumped from the faulty section into a mobile reservoir, arranged on a pontoon by means of a pump arranged on the pontoon. The liquid pumping is carried out in the nearest lowered points of the pipeline route arranged at both sides from the place of the repair, with subsequent lifting of the mobile reservoir to a water surface. Pumped liquid flow is determined using instrument readings. The device according to the first version comprises a mobile reservoir made from elastic material and designed mainly for pumping of the liquid product. The device according to the second version comprises a mobile reservoir made from low-magnet steel, equipped with auxiliary units and elements for pumping of gas condensates.
