FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: proposed platform comprises driven drilling outfit, platform deck, lifting crane, auxiliary unit (tender plant), drilling tube, well shaft, well foundation, underwater equipment actuating fluid and gas flow rate devices, manifolds, underwater flowlines, locks, and underwater control system. Drilling tube is equipped with protective envelopment to be locked on platform deck and at well foundation which is made up of chemically stable and water resistant light-protection and load-bearing layers and is provided with hoses furnished with inlet valves arranged along the length of said protective envelopment and connected with mobile elastic reservoirs. Note here that remote-control in-tube pig is arranged in drilling tube top section, in interceptor.
EFFECT: preventing oil spillage in emergent conditions.
