FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a permanent holder (1) for moving goods, such as pipelines, etc., comprising a fastening part (2), a load-carrying part (3) and a spring system (4) arranged between the fastening and the load-carrying parts (2, 3) to develop a bearing force (T), which remains permanent along the bearing route of the load-carrying part relative to the fastening part. Besides, the spring system (4) comprises a shock absorber (5) that perceives the load, a compensating device (6) to compensate variable forces of the shock absorber (5) along the bearing route (tw) and a tensioning device (7) to adjust the force (V) of the shock absorber tension (5). In order to ensure simple matching of the shock absorber (5) with variation of the force (V) of its tension, there is a correction device (13) proposed to adjust deviations of the bearing force (T) along the bearing route (tw) as a result of the varied force (V) of tension.

EFFECT: simplified correction of deviations in characteristic of spring-spring travel force from the theoretical characteristic without replacement of structural elements.
