FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: solid state power amplifier (SSPA) includes radio-frequency amplifier having signal-amplifying channel that includes preliminary amplifier, final amplifier (16) and power output cascade (18), electronic power conditioner (EPC) to provide variable DC voltage value for power supply to power output cascade (18) of radio-frequency amplifier; ASIC (40) control to receive input feed signal (46) of radio-frequency amplifier in order to provide voltage control signal on EPC for determination of DC voltage value; at that, ASIC control addressing EEPROM (42) in which there stored is the set of control words determining the output values of control output signal for change of values of the above input power; as a result, DC voltage value (36) of power output cascade (18) can be changed to control non-linear distortions of radio-frequency amplifier in order to change input power values to maintain constant linearity of the amplifier.
EFFECT: improving accuracy and efficiency.
