PROCESS LINE FOR PREPARING AND DISPENSING MOIST FODDERS Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A01K5/02 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: process line for preparing and dispensing moist fodders consists of a dispenser, a feeding trough, an electromagnet valve with a gate, a timer. Inside the dispenser there are agitators installed. The dispenser is made in the form of a cone. The spiral pipeline is installed in the lower part of the dispenser on its generatrix. The electromagnetic valve is installed on the dispenser generatrix. There is a timer installed on the electromagnetic valve. The gate is installed on the dispenser generatrix below the electromagnetic valve. The truncated cone is installed above the circular pipeline. There are holes provided at the outer wall of the circular pipeline. The circular pipeline is divided with a partition. Pipelines are connected to the upper and lower circular reservoirs. In the lower part of the dispenser there is a helical pipeline. The crane and the electromagnetic valve are installed on the cylinder of the circular pipeline. The loading hopper (1) is designed to load dry concentrated fodders. Dry fodder from the loading hopper (1) is supplied via a spiral conveyor (2) into a feeder hopper (3). The feeder hopper is designed to supply dry concentrated fodder into a rope-puck conveyor (4). A box (5) is designed for keeping animals. In the box (5) there is a feeding trough (6). In the rope puck conveyor (4) there are windows (7) to ensure spillage of dry concentrated fodder into the dispenser (8). To close windows (7) at the dispenser body (8) there is an electromagnetic valve with a gate (9). For drive of a rope-puck conveyor (4) there is an electric motor (10) with a reduction gear (11).

EFFECT: improved quality of produced moist fodders, reduced power inputs and prevented losses of fodder during dispensing.
