SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to public catering systems, in particular, to fast and mass automated service restaurants. The invention discloses a method and a device of automated accelerated catering, including cooking and preparation of dishes on a top tier, equipped with horizontally conveying elements and feeding devices for vertical feed of finished meals to visitors' tables, arranged at the middle level directly under the feeding devices, and a technical room arranged at a lower tier, with the system of vertical feed of used dishware to the lower tier. The device is equipped with flat trays that close at the top and at the bottom, and the system of horizontal conveying of a tray stack is made of conveyor-roller bed type, at the same time the feeding devices for vertical feed of a tray stack are made as telescopic manipulators equipped with automatically opening hatches for vertical feed of a tray stack to a table for visitors and with grips having rotary levers to hold a tray stack, at the same time the system of vertical supply of used dishware is made as discharges hatches arranged centrally in the table for visitors and equipped with an automatically opened cover, made aflush with the surface of a dinner table, and connected to additional telescopic manipulators equipped with baskets for trays holding.

EFFECT: provision of sanitary safety of dishes, and also increased safety of devices that are in contact with visitors' tables.
