FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, cardiology. Method is based on conversion of pulse wave pressure into electric signal. Electric signal is brought to information indicator. On pulse wave on indicator control points are marked. These points represent: beginning of cardiocycle, maximal pressure, closing of aortal valve, minimum before response of arterioles, response of arterioles, response of capillaries, end of cardiocycle. Ration between amplitudes and between phases of reference points are calculated. Value of arterial pressure is determined in accordance with original mathematical formula taking into account location of control points.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of arterial pressure measurement.
