Abstract RU 2434590 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgical urology. Performed is diagnostic laparoscopy, during which revision, sanitation and drainage of abdominal cavity with medical tubes are carried out. After that, desulfation and sewing of trocar wounds are carried out. Then medial suprapubic incision is made to provide access to urinary bladder. 4-5 cm long cystotomy is performed. Wound-extender is introduced into urinary bladder cavity and revision of urinary bladder walls is carried out. Intra-abdominal and extraperitoneal ruptures are sewn by double-row suture from the side of bladder lumen. Paravesicular cellur tissue is drained. Epicystostomy is formed through cystostomic hole by means of Pezzer's catheter. Wound of anterior abdominal wall is sutured in suprapubic region.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma of anterior abdominal wall and abdominal cavity organs, risk of development of postoperative complications, eliminate non-diagnosed injuries of urinary bladder and necessity of re-surgery, reduce term of social and vocational rehabilitation of patients and improve their life quality in distant postoperative period.
