FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: through intraperitoneal rapture in cavity of bladder Foley catheter is laparoscopically passed. Inside urinary bladder cylinder is filled up to 200 ml. Stretched bladder walls cranially displace transition fold peritoneum. Through an anterior abdominal wall in pubic region above extraperitoneal part of bladder is punctured with a layer, including bloated cylinder hollow trocar. Through a trocar into urinary bladder urinary catheter is installed. Foley catheter is removed. Bladder defect is closed through a laparoscopic approach.
EFFECT: method allows, without urethral catheterization, to provide low long drainage of bladder in patients with intraperitoneal rupture and provides possibility of applying endoscopic seams.
