FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics, in particular to vertebrology. Submersible fixator is used, transpedicular screws are implanted on concave side of spine deformity. After that they are implanted into pedicles of 3-4 vertebrae, located on the top of deformity and connected with short rods. The top of deformity is subjected to impact of mechanical pressure by means of instrument until degree of spine deformity decreases. After that, derotation is performed by installation of rods on concave surface, and replacement of short rod with a long one from the side of deformity top.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent postoperative complications.
