FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable diaper of underpants-type. Disposable diaper of underpants-type includes external layer of ventral side 12F and external layer of posterior side 12B which are not connected, but separated in gusset part, absorbing agent 20, which has liquid-impermeable layer and gusset external layer 12M, laminated on reverse side of liquid-impermeable layer in absorbing agent in such a way that it remains unprotected on external side of product. Number of layers located on reverse side of liquid-impermeable layer constitutes B1 on intermediate part 23, A1 on external overlapping sections X and Z of anterior and posterior sides and C1 on external non-overlapping sections 20F and 20B of anterior and posterior sides, and dependence B1<C1<A1 is set.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve air-permeability of part of disposable diaper waist.
