SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used for massage. Device (1; 100; 200) is connected with source (4) of vacuum and has in its structure, from one side, case (10; 210), determining processing chamber (40; 240), open on skin and made with possibility to be connected via case with said source of vacuum, and from the other side, at least, one processing element (241, 242; 1241, 1242; 124'1, 2241, 2242, 2243), intended for skin processing and installed with possibility to move in case in sliding contact with respective case wall (281, 282; 2281). Processing element and case wall limit, at least partially, said processing chamber. One or each processing element (241, 242; 1241, 1242; 124'1, 2241, 2242) has possibility to move with respect to case (10; 210) simultaneously as a result of rotary motion (R) relative to own central axis (Z1- Z1, Z2-Z2) of said element and as a result of translational motion (T) along said axis opposite respective wall (281, 282; 2281).
EFFECT: providing possibility of easy and accurate movement, in particular on subjected to processing delicate regions of skin, such as face, areas of joints, healed tissues, etc.
