FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely an apparatus for medical device introduction into patient's subcutaneous or intramuscular regions, particularly, the given invention refers to an introduction apparatus comprising means for controlling and sensing speed-up or slow-down of a penetrating device. The introduction apparatus for introducing the penetrating device into patient's subcutaneous and/or intramuscular region comprises a body, a rotation mechanism. a driver of the rotation mechanism about a rotation axis, and means of transformation. The body integrates the penetrating device comprising a soft cannula and an introducible needle. The introducible needle represents a part of the introduction apparatus. Means for transformation comprise control means to observe the speed variations of the penetrating mechanism in the introduction direction. Constant rotation of the rotation mechanism in the same rotation direction after the penetrating mechanism has been introduced enables driving the penetrating needle back following introducing the penetrating device.
EFFECT: invention eliminates discomfort, minimise pain sensations, reduces tissue injuries, protects sensitive medical devices before and during the introduction, enables detection and control of the introduction and its speed, as well as detection and control of speed-up and slow-down of the penetrating part of the apparatus.
