FIELD: image forming device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation of spectral image. Method of making an image forming device comprises steps of obtaining a substrate photosensors having two opposite main surfaces, note here that one of two opposite main surfaces, which is perpendicular to the received radiation, includes multiple rows of photosensors from a plurality of photosensitive elements, besides, electronic data processing circuit are mounted on a substrate photosensors and substrate photosensors has thickness equal to or greater than 100 microns; optical connection of the array of scintillators with substrate photosensors, wherein the array of scintillators includes a plurality of additional rows of scintillators from a plurality of additional scintillation elements, and each additional line scintillators optically connected with one row of photosensors, and at least one additional scintillation element optically connected to one of the photosensitive elements, the array of scintillators includes the first surface with recess and a second surface in the recess for electronic circuits of data processing and reduced thickness of the substrate photosensors, which is optically connected to the scintillator, with reduced photosensors substrate thickness, which is optically connected to the scintillator and which has thickness approximately less than 100 micron.
