SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and deals with composition, adapted for peroral introduction, and containing: (i) ligand PPAR; (ii) substance, binding with estrogen receptor; (iii) substance, which takes part in posttranslation collagen modification; and (iv) karotinoid; where composition, in fact, do not contain added zink and/or selenium, on condition that, when composition is water emulsion, containing, at least, 0.01 wt % of phospholipid emulsifier of food quality, total amount of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in composition constitutes more than 0.6 wt % or less than 0.024 wt %; where ligand PPAR contains fatty acid omega-3, selected from DHA, EPA and their mixtures, substance, binding with estrogen receptor, includes one or more soya isoflavones and substance which takes part in posttranslation collagen modification, represents vitamin C, aimed against skin aging, and it can be applied for enhancing collagen synthesis in skin.
EFFECT: obtaining composition against skin aging.
