FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to method of extracting vegetable raw stock and device to this end and may be used in pharmacology, food industry, etc. Proposed method comprises extraction and centrifugation in single device. Raw stock is loaded in centrifuge at low rpm of rotor. Then, at low rpm of rotor, solvent is fed into raw stock. Thereafter, at low rpm of rotor, raw stock and solvent mixing is intensified by compressed gas feed pulses unless extraction is complete. Note here that solvent with product stay in centrifuge to be withdrawn therefrom at high rpm of rotor. Proposed device comprises filtration rotor with product discharge orifices arranged on rotor outer surface, and drive. Rotor outer surface is tightly enveloped by annular web from elastic material overlapping said orifices and withdrawn therefrom by centrifugal forces in rotor rotation. Raw stock feed and waste raw material discharge nozzles, solvent pulsed feed nozzle and compressed gas pulsed feed nozzle are fitted inside said rotor.

EFFECT: intensified extraction, smaller volume of solvent and power savings.
