FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to methods for extraction of useful substances from vegetal raw materials. Extraction method involves loading of vegetal raw material, extractant, rotation of rotor into the reaction vessel, removal of the obtained mass from the reaction vessel, its filtration, analysis of the obtained extract. Rotor is rotated alternately one way or the other. Knives with one cutting edge are installed on rotor with possibility of rotation and have rotary limiter relative to rotor. At rotation of rotor in one side destruction of vegetal raw material structure is performed by means of its re-grinding, at rotor rotation in the opposite direction one performs mixing of vegetal raw material and extractant.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the extraction process.
