FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises machining head moving along three axes X, Y and Z to machine immobile part rigidly fixed above machining head 10. Said head is retained with constant orientation by at least there hinged tie rods (31a, 32a, 31b, 32b). Two tie rods (31a, 32a) and machining head and first Y-carriage form an articulated parallelogram that deforms in XZ plane. Another tie rod (31b) is pivoted to machining head 10 and second Y-carriage (33b). First Y-carriage (33a) is arranged to slide along Y axis on first X-carriage moving along Y on first X-carriage, while second Y-carriage (33b) slides along Y axis on second X-carriage (20b) that slides along X-axis. Combined travel of X-carriages along X-axis allows machining head to move along X direction, while combined travel of Y-carriages allows its travel in Y direction and relative displacement along axis X between X-carriages along direction Z. Described device may be incorporated with tool machine wherein machined part is fixed on machine tool tunnel ceiling while x-carriages (20a) move in guides secured on tunnel walls.
EFFECT: lower weight, higher rigidity.
