FIELD: slip devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vehicle seat slip device, equipped with an advanced release assembly. The sliding device contains a pair of locking assemblies, one for each sliding device guide, each of them contains a set of locking pins suitable for fixing the upper rails and the guides with the corresponding lower rails. The specified sliding device additionally includes a release assembly for transferring the specified locking pins to an unlocked configuration for adjusting the position of the vehicle seat. According to the invention, such a release assembly comprises a release element comprising a pair of substantially parallel arms pivotally connected to the corresponding guides, a cross bar running perpendicular to the said guides and having at each end a locking assembly for engaging the locking pins of the corresponding locking assembly, and a pair of connecting elements that are designed to convert the rotational movement of the end part of the said release element into the translational movement of the cross bar.
EFFECT: increased safety when operating the vehicle seat.
