SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following in pts.wt: oligobutadiene diol with molecular weight 3000 and content of terminal hydroxyl groups 0.88-1.36% 100, polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate with content of isocyanate groups 29-31% 25-50, organotin and/or amine catalyst 0.085-3.000, water 1.0-2.5, foam stabiliser-synthanol DS-10 based on a product of hydroxyethylation of higher fatty acids 0.2-0.8, glycerin 1.5-4.0, 2,6-ditertbutyl-4-methylphenol or 1,4-benzenediol 0.5-1.5, polysulphide oligomer - liquid thiocols with number-average molecular weight 1700-5500 and content of terminal thiocol groups 1.6-4.3% 5-8, diatomite 5-10, modidying additive which is a stillage residue with boiling point of not less than 200°C, obtained after distillation from still room wastes from production of an N-methylaniline fraction with boiling point of up to 200°C 2-5, light stabiliser 2-(3'-tert-butyl-2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole 0.5-1.0.
EFFECT: high compression modulus and high resistance of the flexible polyurethane foam to thermal-oxidative and light ageing.
