FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to compositions for producing flexible polyurethane foam used to produce the shock absorbing underlayer for training ground coatings, circus rings, sport mats, as heat-insulation and sealing materials. The composition contains the following in pts.wt: 100 - oligobutadiene diol wit molecular weight 3000 and content of terminal hydroxyl groups of 0.88-1.36%, 25-50 - polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate with content of isocyanate groups of 29-31%, 0.085-3.00 - organotin and/or amine catalyst, 1.0-2.5 - water, 0.2-0.8 - foam stabiliser - Sintanol DS-10 based on a product of hydroxyethylation of higher fatty alcohols, 1.5-4.0 - glycerine, 0.5-1.5 - 2,6-ditertbutyl-4-methylphenol or 1,4-benzenedil, 5-8 - polysulphide oligomer - liquid thiocols with number-average molecular weight of 1700-5500 and content of terminal thiocol groups of 1.6-4.3%, 5-10 - diatomite, 2-5 - modifying additive which is a still residue with boiling point not lower than 200°C, obtained after distillation from stillage wastes of production of N-methylaniline fraction with boiling point of up to 200°C, and 3-8 - polyvinyl alcohol.
EFFECT: high compression modulus and resistance of the flexible polyurethane foam to thermal-oxidative ageing.
