SUBSTANCE: on an external side of a false control panel (22) there are control segments (38) and indicator segments (36) for control or monitoring, and also with an electric circuit device (24), which is connected to control segments (38) and indicator segments (36) and is arranged in the area of inner side of the false control panel (22). At the same time the circuit device (24) has at least three electrodes (50), which are arranged as distributed approximately in parallel to the false control panel (22), and also facilities of data processing (54), which are tuned to determine the spatial position of a control facility (40) by an estimate relative to the position of three electrodes (50), and namely by determination of a numerical value of fields between electrodes (50) and the control facility (40) so that the control segments (38) as locations of the control facility (40) are made with the possibility of free determination in the area of the outer side of the false control panel (22), besides, for numerical determination of the specified fields, each of the electrodes (50) by means of an oscillator unit (56) is connected with a comparison device (58), providing for assessment of frequency displacement in the area of the oscillator unit (56), and outlets of comparison devices (58) are connected with a microcontroller (60), providing for recalculation of frequency displacements into parameters of position of the control device (40).
EFFECT: creation of an improved design of a false control panel and an improved method to manufacture such a false control panel design.
