SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a touch and illuminated control panel of a household appliance. Touch and illuminated panel (1) of the household appliance control includes substrate (2), plurality of sensor elements (6, 7, 11, 12) on surface (21) of control panel (1), sensing layer (3) with plurality of sensing elements (14). Each sensing element (14) is associated with a sensor element (6, 7, 11, 12), lighting device (4) for illuminating at least a part of the sensor elements (6, 7, 11, 12), and control unit (5). Sensor elements having at least two Om buttons (6, 7) and at least two Gn groups (8, 9) of Bxn buttons (11, 12), where each of the coefficients m, n, x≥1. At least one Gn group (8, 9) of Bxn buttons (11, 12) of the lower level is assigned to the switching relation of each of the upper-level Om buttons (6, 7) in such a way that when touching a certain Om button (6, 7) of the upper level, the Bxn (11, 12) buttons of the lower level, which are related to the Gn group (8, 9), are activated.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide a simplified choice from a variety of input options on the control panel of a household appliance.
