FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for determination of volume of gas inclusion in liquid circuit for facilitation of temperature mode (SFTM) (system of facilitation of temperature mode) of temperature controlled apparatus including gas compensating cavity (GCC)(gas compensating cavity) by twofold measurement of volume of the GCC SFTM together with volume of gas inclusion. The distinguished feature of the procedure in systems eliminating access to a liquid part of the SFTM there is performed twofold supply of gas from a reference reservoir into the GCC under the following initial conditions: and , where: and is initial pressure of gas in the reference reservoir at the first and second measurement of volume of the GCC; and is pressure of gas in the GCC at the first and second measurement. There is determined pressure in the system: the GCC - the reference reservoir; and . There is calculated volume of the GCC at the first V1 and second measurement V2 by formulas: where Vr is volume of reverence reservoir. Volume of gas inclusion Vinc1 is determined by formula: .

EFFECT: obtaining reliable information on volume of gas inclusions in liquid circuit of SFTM; minimisation of gas inclusions increasing reliability of SFTM functioning.
