FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for determining rigidness characteristics of anisotropic rods has pulleys on gibs mounted on a fixed base, flexible connections in form of ropes. One end of the test sample is mounted as a gripper on the pulley. The apparatus also has an electric motor whose shaft is connected through the flexible connection in form of ropes and an angular displacement sensor to pulleys, on one of which there is a flat-spherical bearing on which there is collet clamp, which is fitted with a displacement sensor and an angular displacement sensor, a computer, the inputs of which are connected to data outputs of the displacement sensor and angular displacement sensors, while the outputs are connected to the input of the electric motor, inputs of the displacement sensor and angular displacement sensors.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring parameters of anisotropic rods while simultaneously cutting time spent on processing results.
