SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, on other end of rod a load is held, device is provided with angular displacements indicator and computing machine, outputs of which are connected to inputs of solenoid and inputs of angular displacements indicator, and the input is connected to information output of angular displacements indicator.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity to external horizontal magnetic fields with simultaneously increased precision of their measurement and simultaneously reduced time costs of result processing.
