FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: system has a group training module, an individual training module, a procedural simulator module in form of a control workstation model, a complex simulator module which is made based on the oilfield equipment of a specific manufacturing plant. The complex simulator module has apparatus which simulate operation under real conditions, a surface equipment control station unit and an underground equipment control station unit. The display device is connected to unit of the instructor of the group training module and the module of a computer system with possibility of providing feedback and mutual data connections.
EFFECT: developing skills of operators in standard, pre-emergency and emergency situations.
