SUBSTANCE: from a power flow extracted by an active-inductive load, by means of a fully controllable transistor PWM rectifier, an inductive component is extracted, as an equivalent energy of sequence of unipolar, periodically repeating width-modulated pulses of current, duration of which changes according to the law of change of envelope of inductive current component, and is recycled, by means of its accumulation in the form of DC energy.
EFFECT: reduction of non-efficient losses in flow of power system capacity.
