SUBSTANCE: to transfer the first and second alarm information, a transmitter selects at least one alarm channel from multiple alarm channels on the basis of the first alarm information and sends the second alarm information along the selected channel (along selected channels) of alarm on the basis of the previously specified ratio between multiple alarm channels and multiple data flows. The transmitter at least one data flow along at least one channel of data transfer in compliance with the first and second alarm information. The receiver draws the first alarm information on the basis of the selected channel (selected channels) of alarm and decodes the selected channel (selected channels) of alarm to draw the second information of alarm. The receiver performs processing of the channel (channels) of data transfer in compliance with the first and second information of alarm to restore the data flow (flows).

EFFECT: efficiency of alarm information transfer, using the specified volume of system resources.
