FIELD: method for renewing a parameter of radio communication line for system of high speed packet access via descending communication line in mobile communications system.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, controlled dynamically is parameter of radio communication line used for transfer and receipt of control information between end device and base station, in accordance to condition of radio communication channel of end device. Method for renewal of radio communication line parameter contains a stage, at which base station determines, whether parameter connected to system of high speed packet access via descending communication line should be renewed and transfers to controller of radio communication system the information about renewal of parameter to initiate renewal of radio communication line parameter, and stage, at which radio communication network controller renews parameter, connected to system of high speed packet access via descending communication line, and transfers it to end device. Information about renewal of parameter is delivered by means of response to message about renewal of radio communication line parameter, and radio communication network controller is represented by servicing radio communication network controller. Appropriately, because base station can control parameter connected to system of high speed packet access via descending communication line, planning for system of high speed packet access via descending communication line is guaranteed in base station.

EFFECT: provision of efficient usage of radio communication resources depending on condition of radio communication channel.
