SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used in surgical treatment of distal and proximal hypospadia. At the beginning of operation circular cut of penis stem skin on lower edge of foliated foreskin to urethral site is made. After that made is skin cut 2 mm more proximal than outer opening of urethra (meatus), with cutting out urethral site from meatus to the top of penis head 8-12 mm wide. After that, on the edge of border between external and internal leaves of foreskin carried out is skin dissection with further de-epithelisation of internal leaf of foreskin. From urethral site formed is tube, which is preliminarily cut along in the middle in proximal part 2-3 mm below meatus, cutting meatal intersection. Y-shaped cut in distal part on the top of head is formed, medial (fleshy) leaf of foreskin is separated from skin to the level of preliminarily made skin cut on lower edge of foliated foreskin on circumference to urethral site. Skin of external leaf is cut off on the edge of said cut, application of first guiding suture on distal part of neourethra is performed. Dissection of de-epithelised flap is carried out. After that, formed de-epithelised flap on vascular pedicle of medial leaf of foreskin is dissected in the middle and moved on lateral surfaces of penis onto ventral part. Said de-epithelised flaps of foreskin are used to cover neourethra from two sides.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve good functional and cosmetic result.
