FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely urology, andrology and paediatric surgery. Two longitudinal band-shaped flaps are marked on back and volar surfaces of penis. A back flap is used to form a tubular graft of neourethra, while a volar scrotal flap separated from hypospadic urethra has a prolate trapezoid form and covers an area of anastomosis and neourethra. Side surfaces of penis skin are formed as two symmetrical insular sections not separated from cavernous bodies. The side insular flaps preserved on vascular bonds are moved on a dorsal surface thereby covering a skin defect of dorsum of penis. The formed tubular graft is turned with its suture line facing cavernous bodies, and its distal end adjoining balanus moved in a proximal direction, anastomosed with urethra opening, and with its proximal end laid in a furrow between balanus wings to form meatus. A free portion of scrotal flap is moved to balanus and sutured together with a skin projection of the tubular graft in the form of an uvula of the width matched with balanus frenulum.
EFFECT: method prevents postoperative complications.
