METHOD FOR SURGICAL MANAGEMENT OF PROXIMAL FORMS OF HYPOSPADIAS IN BOYS BY MEANS OF PEDICLE INNER LEAF FLAP Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine; operative urology.

SUBSTANCE: skin is incised with bordering hypospadic meatus, and penis is skeletonized. Fibrous tissues are excised along the ventral surface of the penis to the tunica albuginea of the cavernous bodies. Then head wings are formed by dissection along the median line, and a flap of an internal leaf of the foreskin is formed in the form of a rectangle on a pedicle, as shown in Fig. 1, going to a lateral edge of the flap, which is moved in a projection of the urethral platform around a coronal sulcus. Preputial flap is fixed to the formed urethral platform in a staggered order to the albuginea of the cavernous bodies along the inner surface. In 6 months tubularization of urethral platform created from preputial pedicle flap is performed.

EFFECT: method provides fast healing of the graft, and also reduces to the absence of an additional wound surface, deformation and cicatrisation.
