FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgery. Gastric bandage includes case, which has first end and second end. Case includes locking mechanism, which consists of element in form of envelope on first end of bandage case and ring element on second end of bandage case. Element in form of envelope and ring element are made with shape and dimensions for realisation of selective closing and opening with formation of gastric bandage loop for placement around gastric wall. Envelope is resiliently elastic and compresses when passing through ring element. Second version of gastric bandage implementation differs in implementation of locking device.
EFFECT: ensuring easy connection and disconnection of gastric bandage ends.
